Getting induced next week due to medical reasons... anyone have good induction stories?

I was induced at 40+2. I went in at 4pm, nothing started until 10 pm. I was already 4 cm dilated 80% effaced. The plan was to inset cervadil until 10 am (12 hours) then start pitocin. About 2.5 hours after the cervdil was placed I started having extreme cramping and pain and they removed it around 4 am. That was the worst part. The cervadil hurt (I may totally be spelling cervadil wrong). I never needed pitocin as I went into full blown labor. It hurts, but it’s tolerable and so worth it. I got the epidural around 7 am and started pushing around 7:45. I delivered my baby boy at 8:26 am. The epidural wore off about an hour later and I was up walking around pretty pain free. I loved being in labor, I loved the delivery. It was perfect and I’d do it again 100 times. I definitely recommend the epidural, it didn’t hurt me at all. It was so quick and painless and took away all the contraction pains.

I was induced at 39 weeks due to less baby movements & lower fluid. I gave birth at 39+3, late afternoon. 
But I had 2 cervidals put in, each one for just over 12 hours each. I wasn’t progressing from a 1. So the day of birth I had my waters broken & things got moving from there

I was induced at 36 weeks due to preeclampsia. I had cervadil given orally and within two doses my water broke on its own! The cervadil is just supposed to thin your cervix. I was supposed to get pitocin but i progressed fairly quickly after that. Got my epidural at 2cm dilated and within just a few short hours i was ready to push. Sometimes our bodies just need a tiny push and they do it by themselves! I was amazed at how my body knew what to do even tho id never given birth before!
