Wont take a bump pic😭

So after 3 years of trying and 6 months of fertility pills my husband and I are expecting im 18w 3d and we are going to be welcoming a baby boy but i cant bring myself to take bump pics im 5'5 and 292lbs. I feel like if i try to take a pic it will just be of my fat stomach i have even before i got pregnant.....advice please

Ps. Dr. Says im super healthy for my size and i have no issues so far and i actually lost weight so far my pre prego weight was 309lbs.
