I really just need some oppinions.

Little back story. Me and my finance have been trying to get pregnant for 2 years, I have tried metformin+letrozole for 6 months, didnt work. I had my first

IUI

in october and it didnt work neither.

We were supposed to go in for our second

IUI

in november but my doc had some vacation so that could not happen, but we still decided to take Letrozole and try at home.

I think I ovulated 26th of November just because I had some ovulation pain but I’m not 100%.

Since friday I have been having some “period cramps” or so I thought, which is very normal up to a week before my period, but it hasnt been bleeding at all which usually comes with the cramps.

Tonight I decided to take a test just for fun but then this showed up within seconds😳😳

I’m so scared that this isnt real because the cramps I have been having (very light ones) are so similar to period cramps, and I cant get a blood test until tomorrow😩😩😩

So if anyone would be so kind in just giving me theor oppinions on this I would be forever grateful🥺❤️❤️❤️
