Still havent had my 1st ob/gyn visit...6w4d

Hey y’all! So I’m for sure 6w4d pregnant and confirmed my pregnancy last week when I was in the ER getting treated for a bad UTI with hematuria (had a scare about the blood being a miscarriage). They confirmed a gestational sac on transvaginal US. But I haven’t had the chance to set up an actual appointment with an ob/gyn because of trouble with my insurance. How far is too far? Should I be worried that I’m this late in setting up an appointment?
