Yankee swap baby announcement?

So I’ve been thinking of ways to announce to my husbands side of the family that we are pregnant. There will be everyone there (his parents and sister already know) plus a 3 year olds birthday and whatnot. 
So we are doing a Yankee swap and I thought it might be cute to have something that says were pregnant as the gift (then we’ll gift that person something they’ll actually want!). What do you think? Any ideas of what the gift could be? I was thinking maybe something where they need to guess which couple is expecting?

I would do a puzzle box like this, with a note inside

For the note I would do a poem like this

And change that last verse to:
“You’ll have to wait until (due date/month)
That’s when I will meet you
Now figure out who wrapped this gift 
To know which mom is due”
Or:
“You’ll have to wait until (due date/month)
That’s when you will meet me
Now figure out who wrapped this gift 
To find the parents to be”

Maybe this is just me being...jaded...a little but if this game were played with my family and I was one of the couples who people were guessing if I was pregnant...and people like my parents or close friends were looking at me with hope that after all these years it finally happened...I would probably start bawling. I just kind of feel like it would be really hard for someone who desperately wants a baby having their close friends and family suddenly excited and wondering if it’s them when they know it’s not and having that spotlight put on them without them having a fair warning. I really wouldn’t do this.
