Estrogen priming success?

First IVF: three weeks birth control, microdose lupron, gonal f. Two embryos from 5 eggs.

Second IVF: no birth control. Microdose lupron and a slightly higher dose of gonal f. Cancelled retrieval due to only two mature follicles. Did IUI but chances of success are low.

Doc wants to do estrogen priming and then microdose lupron, a slightly higher dose of gonal f, and menopur. Anyone had a similar history with different results on this protocol? All stories are helpful. Thank you!
