Subchorionic Hemorrage

I had my 8 week ultrasound yesterday. Everything looked great! Today when I looked in my chart the write up was in there and it said this: There is a subchorionic hemorrhage towards the right superolateral aspect of the gestational sac, 1.9 x 0.8 x 1.6 cm. Is this something to worry about? I have never had this that I know of with other pregnancies. What can I expect?
