Imma lose my job

I swear I cannot stand this chick. I've worked here (Subway) for almost a year. I went from regular entry employee to a Shirt lead (manager on duty basically). This one girl (who has worked here for over three years) DOESNT GET COMMON SENSE. She doesn't get gentle leading to do what she needs to do. Then gets mad over me getting the position she's wanted for THREE YEARS. Mind you she is 27 and I'm 25. (This job was supposed to be a job to get by after a mental break down) She doesn't wash dishes unless absolutely necessary. She gets angry with customers. She doesn't get social clues/hints. She just is dumb in all the ways that would make her a great employee/coworker.

Ten months of her and I working together and there has literally only been TWICE that I have not have to touch a single dish to wash. And that's because I flat out refused to even walk past the sinks or even take dirty ones to the back. (Yeah yeah yeah really great manager here 👌👍) but it's not just me who she does it to. She does it to the other people here too. Including the store manager. Like ?!?!?!?

I hate talking shit but good Lord I can't friggin stand her anymore!!!!!!

We're supposed to be out of the building by 10:30pm. It's now 10:28 and she's just now getting to the 10, yes TEN, dishes I left her. Ten scoops. That's it. They even soaked for two hours. Mostly because two hours ago she didn't get the hints that she should do them, that I wouldn't be.

How the heck do I talk to someone about this while being so angry over the situation like this? I've pictured the scenerio in my head many times and Everytime I see myself raise my voice or cuss and obviously I can't do that.

*Edit I SWEAR TO GOD IMMA HIT HER IF SHE BLOWS HER NOSE AGAIN!!!!! SHE MAKES AN ELEPHANT SOUND EVERY TIME. EVEM CUSTOMERS GET UNCOMFORTABLE!!!
