What should I say?

This woman I went to school with posted on social media today semi-opening up about her infertility journey. We used to be friends in middle school, and a bit in high school, but I have not talked to her since. 
My husband and I have been struggling as well, so I kind of want to reach out to her. What should I say though?

“I’m sorry you’ve been struggling in the fertility department. My husband and I have been having some troubles, as well. If you ever need someone to talk to about it who is experiencing something similar, please feel free to message me.”

No one can tell you what to say because it’s all about how you’re feeling/going through. 
Just open up to her as much as you feel comfortable. I’ve always been the one to reach out to old friends even if the friendship ended badly, and it always felt so good to say something. So I definitely encourage starting a conversation! 
I’m sure she’ll really appreciate it and like knowing someone who is going through it as well.
