After miscarriage...

Im day 45 after miscarriage. No period yet. Been testing opk but no positive either. I been mild crampy on/off for 2 days. Ewcm today. But still negative opk. Did u experience the same after miscarriage? (I used to have irregular periods so being late is normal but not this long of a cycle)
