My partner is sex deprived

Ever since having our baby almost 4 months ago I've had hardly any sex drive. I've been super dry but it seems to be getting better. I have a latex allergy so we are limited on condom options, all of them seem to really suck. I feel bad because my SO isn't getting the intimacy that he needs. I plan to eventually get the copper IUD I just wanted to wait until my vagina feels less dry. I'm breastfeeding so idk how long that will take. I miss having sex and connecting that way but I can't even seem to get myself off let alone think about sex.

Any similar story's or suggestions on what to do?
