Engorged

So, this is an odd request, but does anyone have ideas on how to get engorged? I have no idea what I'm doing and nothing is going as planned.

My baby had severe jaundice and was too lethargic to eat, by the time she was able to actually eat I was too engorged. Once I was no longer engorged, she had lost 13% of her body weight and we've had to bottle feed and use formula because now I can't keep up with her.

Now I'm trying to get engorged to start making more because I literally cry every time I buy formula because it wasnt my plan. Help me out 😩😅
