About to leave for my first ever physical exam

I am terrified my heart is racing so fast I already struggle going to the doctors about other issues. I feel like I have growth down below like it’s gotten pretty big I can’t even see my vagina anymore when I get a mirror to check. Sex is unbearable. I think it’s either a cyst, some sort of prolapse or a tumour of some sort. Either way peeing hurts like hell and has done for 4 years. It’s taken me this long. I don’t even know the doctor who is doing it.

I’m pregnant though so I have to get a grip for a start it could be something that is bad for baby but also I’ll be squeezing my baby out of my vagina so I better get use to having it on display for doctors lol

Any advice? My appointment is in 20mins
