Help please

So I was at my booking appointment today. Went to do a urine sample and there was a little bit of blood in discharge. Literally only like spots but was there. I’m even more worried now about this pregnancy. I told my midwife when I was there and she said unless its not heavy or I have no bad pains she’s not worried.

Checked again after the appointment and it was gone. I don’t really have any pain but just a dull cramp on my right side and a wet feeling.
