Supply decrease
My little will be 8 months old this week. And I feel like my supply has taken a hit. I used to pump 12-15 oz in the 8 hours she is away. Now I barely get 8. That’s less than what she consumes when I’m away.
How do I get my supply back up? I don’t understand what happened, I just want to make it 4 more months 😩😭😭😭😭
