Credit card

So I have terrible credit. It’s literally 450 and it’s because when I was young my mom used my info. I don’t have time to bring her to court and really just don’t want to have to deal with that fight. What is a really good credit card to get?! I need to bring my credit score up because I want to buy a house in the next 5 years. I want something with low APR. I just have never had a credit card so I’m not sure how they work.
