Acne or something else?

I’ve had this redness pretty much all my life. My cheeks are both very red and there’s a few bumps on my face it happens to be worse in the morning. I’m wondering if this is acne I’m treating it as if it was acne but nothing seems to curate or make it somewhat better. I was wondering if this might be something totally different? If anyone can help me with this that would be greatly appreciated and if anybody else has the same problem how do you guys take care of it?
