Do men know their clothing size?

Does your partner know what clothing size to buy for themselves or do you have to tell them every time you shop?
My partner thinks most guys dont know their size 
I had to figure out my partners size because he had no clue what it was when we got together so now I have to remind him what size he is every time we shop.

My husband loves to buy clothes and go clothes shopping with me. Shit, the man knows MY sizes and what would look best. I havent really bought my own outfits in years lmao I always look better when he dresses me 🤣

Mine knew his size and still knows his pants size but when we got together he was real skinny now he’s a lil chunky (because he eats good now) so when we are shopping he still tries to buy himself small shirts and I have to tell him “babe you’re not a small anymore you need a medium” sometimes he will even try on small size jackets to realize they’re too tight
