How to be an efficient CNA at a nursing home?

Let's give this scenario. You have 8 patients, 6 are incontinent. You have to get 2 up for breakfast and lunch. And you have 1 to shower. The other CNAs won't help you. How to do you do it?

Should I check on the patients once every hour to check if they solid their underwear? It's hard because I can't just ask them if they solid themselves so I'll have to check which I feel really bothersome but that's the only way I can figure it out.

I was thinking get those 2 changed and out of bed for breakfast. And do my hourly rounds for the incontinent people?

How do you do it to be efficient? I work through an agency and I don't particularly like going to this assignment but I need the money. I want to be most efficient and also not hurt my back. The CNAs there are honestly the worse so I just want to worry about my patients and do this with their safety in mind.

Please send me tips ❤️ I usually pick up assignments with less patients so I can give them their quality time and care but every time I go to this location I usually get 7-10 patients
