I’m very sick, have been for about a month now. I have a horrible horrible cough. I’m 7 weeks today and I took mucus relief dm and I looked up that you’re not suppose to take that, really. Has anyone ever taken it and been fine? I’m very worried about the baby now.

My doctor recommended mucinex when I was 24 weeks. I heard it isn’t safe in the first trimester. Always call before taking anything you are unsure of.

Some people do meth pregnant. Im only saying that to tell you that I'm sure it'll be okay, but just check with your OB 💕

Survival bias ( when one took something and their baby “turned out fine) is not something to relay on. Just cause some took it and all was fine, it doesn’t mean it will be the same for you.
They should not be taken while pregnant. You need to call your ob and talk to them. Chances are all WILL indeed be fine , but it’s always better to talk to your ob or the nurse line of your ob.
