Clomid reactions

I've been on Clomid for 3 months now. Every month my body reacts differently. The first month everything hurt and I was so nauseous. The second month I only felt pain when I (finally) ovulated. This month I've felt no pain except everything made me cry and my nipples were itchy. I don't know if I ovulated because I can normally tell by the pain associated with it and I didn't have any this month. Now I'm in the two week wait and I'm so bloated and starving. Anyone else's body reacting this way? I don't feel like it should change every month like this. It's very confusing.
