Implantation doesn’t occur until 6-12dpo with 9dpo being the most common day. Any symptoms felt prior to implantation is just from the rise of progesterone. Progesterone is the hormone that cause PMS and pregnancy symptoms. So unless those women have their ovulation day wrong (which is very possible) what they are feeling at 4/5dpo is NOT from pregnancy.

Alot of people dont realize pms symptoms and pregnancy symptoms can be identical. At 4-5 dpo the egg hasn't even implanted yet so it would be impossible for their symptoms to be pregnancy related at that point.

I had symptoms at 6 DPO with two of my babies but that is the earliest you can actually get symptoms. If others are saying earlier than that it’s likely they ovulated a couple of days earlier than they originally thought.

I have felt severe exhaustion and cramping at 6 dpo before bfp. A fertilzed egg starts producing hormone immediately in the body even before implantation and the body starts going through changes chemically immediately upon conception. If a woman is very sensitive to it and intune with her body she can feel symptoms. Ive had 9 pregnancies. I know pretty early on when I am pregnant.

So far with all 3 of my pregnancies I had mild cramping from about 5dpo to 7dpo and I've only had that when I've been pregnant.
