Am I pregnant

Right last week I had spotting ( I think ) so I waited a day after to do a test and it came back so so faint postitive then everyday after I’ve took test and they’ve all been negative so I went to doctors yesterday and they made me do a test came back faint faint positive again and after I went home and was having like period cramps which I’ve been having since that pink stuff & I rang early pregnancy unit they said they couldn’t do anything without me having 2 positive doctors test so I booked an appointment and did the test an hour ago it came back negative and he said your not pregnant it was a false postitive more than likely and I want you to start contraception so this dunt happen again anyways so did u have owt like this like cramps all time or spotting and positive and negative test ?? Also I’ve been having bad period like cramps for 6 days now and I never usually do unless is the day of at help !!! Xx
