Low Supply

I have had a low milk supply from the beginning. I have tried multiple different “remedies” and nothing seems to help. When I pump I get a total of 5 oz in 25 minutes if I’m lucky. Just now, I pumped for 25 minutes and got 1.5 oz TOTAL. My LO is drinking 6 oz bottles now. I have been lucky to have some breastmilk donated from one of my best friends so she is still mostly on breastmilk. We do supplement here and there with formula. I’m not asking anything. Just here to state that I love nursing and I’m sad to think my body isn’t able to keep up. This weekend I had to nurse her like every hour or else she was fussing because she wasn’t getting full 😫 I don’t want to have to stop but I also want to do what’s best to make sure my baby is getting what she needs.

However, if anyone has anything they’ve tried that’s really helped. I’m all ears!
