After baby postpartum
Hello ladies,
My baby is almost 3 months old , I still have my baby belly , I try to workout at home , but sometimes it’s impossible, cooking , cleaning , feeding , changing.
Eating good
Drinking water
It’s just the belly which is still there
Had a belt on the first few weeks, when I had the baby but I couldn’t anymore felt like suffering .
And advise how to lose my baby belly
