New girl quit

So about a month n half ago. My boss hired this new girl. We thought thought great! Finally we can all catch a little break. We’ve been so short staffed we were all working so much! But within a week we realized that was not the case. So my schedule never really changed. Except I finally got Tuesdays off again. I got to enjoy one Tuesday off before my boss asked me to work Tuesdays again with the new girl. Because she could not work alone. She’d become overwhelmed when it got busy. Took a long time with haircuts (45mins- 1 hour) for a simple haircut. She has messed up so many haircuts, and completely ruined this lady’s hair doing her highlight that she spent 5-6 hours doing.. she would randomly call off or no call no show. And she was always late. So we really had to pick up the slack. (I get if you’re new to doing hair, it’s gonna take time for you to get the hang of it and pick your speed up, but this girl has been doing it for at least 5+ years) last Thursday, she was almost 3 hours late!!! Barely did anything all day. Took 4 haircuts while I did 3 highlights and 5 haircuts in the amount of time she did her 4 haircuts. Every time she finished her haircuts she’d step out for 10-15 mins at a time. Last night we were closing up. I asked her if she can sweep while I did the drawer. (Towels still needed done, sweeping needed done, and

color bowls needed done) she gave me attitude about sweeping. And told me well I already swept earlier today. It does not matter if you swept an hour ago or 5 hours ago. There’s hair all over the floor. The floor needs swept.. she did a little half ass sweep and then left. Which left me cleaning everything else up and do the drawer... this morning. I get to work. Today was our work Christmas party so when I got to work I was hoping to get my buffalo chicken dip started. I didn’t have time because soon as I opened the door 3 people signed in.
