Is he cheating?

Okay so I’ve been seeing this guy for almost a year now, we’ve never established if we’re in a relationship though. I asked once and he said he didn’t know he enough yet so I’ve been too scared to ask since. But I asked that a few months ago. Anyways last night we were cuddling and he was playing a game on his phone and I saw two tinder notifications pop up and he swiped them away immediately. So since I never deleted my tinder either, just had it turned off so nobody knew could find me. But previous matches can still talk to me. So I checked his profile this morning and his location had been updated to say it was right by me (obviously because he was still with me) but that means he’d opened the app to reply to his message. And I don’t know how to approach this with him, I’m so bad about confronting people and I don’t know what to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

*edit* okay so it’s not really cheating you’re right. But it’s still wrong after a year, I’m just looking for ideas on how to bring it up to him and/or end it
