Going crazy

My wife and I started the iui process about 3 months ago. We are on our second try. My periods are somewhat irregular but ever since I started taking conceive plus, AF started to become more regular. My last two periods were dead on until this one. I’m on cycle day 49 currently with no AF in sight. I had one positive test on cycle day 23 but all have been negative since. I’m nauseous after I eat and have had very light cramping on my lower right abdomen on and off for the past couple of weeks. I’m not sure if it’s all in my head but this waiting game is killer! I just want to know already! Should I give up hope?!
