Blood sugar levels question: Update

Ok ladies, I'm apparently at high risk for gestational diabetes because I have high blood pressure and my last baby was 10lbs at birth (but I've never been diagnosed with GD in previous pregnancies). I passed my fasting test but my midwife wants me monitoring my blood sugar at home 3 times a day: first thing in the morning, and hour after breakfast and an hour after dinner, for a week. But she didn't tell me what the normal ranges are so I have no idea what to think. 😅 I just took my 1 hour after dinner test and it was 140, is that high, or normal? What are normal ranges for 1 hour tests, and fasting??

Thanks in advance!

Thank you ladies for your comments! I'm thinking my midwife will probably diagnose me with GD, because I'm on day 3 of tracking and have had a few high readings already. This morning before breakfast it was 105, and an hour after it was 162. 🤦 Feeling pretty annoyed by it, but there's not much I can do except change my diet however she suggests. I don't eat sweets most days, and bread/pasta in moderation... I like to think I have an ok diet, so I was a bit surprised. Oh well. 🤷
