Help. My 1 year old will not eat any solids at all.

I heard they’re supposed to stop drinking formula by 1 and not to be using a bottle but that doesn’t seem like an option if he isn’t eating anything besides formula.

What should I do?

I have been offering him purées since 6 months and table foods by 8 months and he refuses to eat. Won’t eat with his hands, won’t let me feed him & just plays in it. Even the daycare says he refuses and just puckers his lips and turns his head. He just isn’t interested and his pediatrician said at his 10 month appointment (he’s 1 year now) to just keep trying but I’m worried about him staying on a bottle. Any advice? Should I bring him back to his pediatrician?
