Does anyone actually drinks 10 cups of water 🤭

Being pregnant apparently you’re supposed to drink 10 cups of water a day and I seriously don’t think I’ve done that more than like 3 or 4 days over that past 6 1/2 weeks I’ve been pregnant 😩 howwwww

Yes, I drank about 140oz a day before pregnancy, so it’s been relatively easy for me to maintain that amount of water intake.

Oh yes. I try to drink at least 8 oz every hour that I’m awake. So I keep track of the time and if I’m too busy or distracted I’ll “catch up”. It’s like a game to make sure I’m accomplishing my goal.

I used to down water like crazy before pregnancy but now at 15 weeks, I can’t really keep down water well. I can finally drink like 2 bottles a day

Nope. I have never been a big drinker of any fluids water, juice, milk, tea none of them. Before being pregnant I would go a few days with just a tea each morning and that’s it. 
With being pregnant I definitely try to drink more, I keep my 24oz water bottle with me at all times and take sips but I can’t drink as much as they say. 
My doc said it’s fine, baby is healthy I’m not dehydrated and all is fine

No I have never drank that much. I do make sure to have water every day though and stay hydrated. 38+2 here and been a healthy pregnancy.

Drink when you're thirsty. You'll be fine 😊 There's actually articles about how that's what you should do to be healthy (as if someone needed to be told something that seems so natural? 🙄)
