Break up struggling

My over 2 years boyfriend dumped me last week and blocked me in all social media. But guys, I'm feeling so weak, I can't control it. I haven't been eating at all, I did not go to work and have been crying and in bed since then. I was dumped before, but this time I can't describe the pain. It hurts so much that I don't even have the energy to wake up from bed and shower. I need serious help.
