So confused!

I took letrozole last cycle confirmed ovulation day 16. This cycle I didn’t have any cm during fertile week but did get peak opk in cd 15. Now I am in tww on cd25 and have this cm(tmi) but sorry wtf?! Did I ovulate during peak opk or am I just ovulating now? Was hoping to test in 4 days but now I’m thinking I should have still been bd’ing. Anyone ovulate really late on letrozole? And did it vary cycle to cycle?
