Could I be pregnant

I been having back pain for 3 days. I also been feeling nauseated since yesterday. I threw up 2 times yesterday. But it wasnt like food. I have been a little constipated but I use the bathroom today. On top of that my stomach feel a lil sharp pain but not much. My period start in 6 days so idk what going on. Any Advice?
