Can i give my son pedialyte and Tylenol around the same time?

My poor baby (15 month old) has the flu and keeps having diarrhea. Now he has a fever. I have been giving him pedialyte, I just gave him Tylenol for his fever.

He just had more diarrhea, and typically I would give him Pedialyte, but because I had just gave him Tylenol I’m worried about mixing the two?

I know it’s best to talk to the doctor, but I’m wondering if any of you guys did it?
