Out of control dogs

I'm not sure what to do here, me and my SO have two dogs one is a girl and one is a boy we got the boy about 6 months ago I didn't have a connection with the dog and didn't really want him but my SO did so we get him well from the time we've gotten him he's peed on our couches and our bed multiple times I managed to potty train him but he has recently started peeing where ever he wants ( he stares at me while he does it ) I'm pregnant and am worried about what to do him and the female dog fight quite often they once fought right next to me on the couch and one of them bite me, they don't listen, they chew on the walls and make holes on the walls from slamming into them. I've talked to my SO about getting at least on of them trained but he doesn't see the urgency in it... The male also barks constantly as soon as he gets outside I know it's pent up energy I can't walk the male because he pulls and freaks out on the leash my SO has trouble walking him as well the female I can but it wouldn't be fair to walk on and not the other. I try and do individual play time but it always ends up in a fight.

The main thing I'm worried about it's them fighting around my baby when they get here I'm just going crazy because it feels like they rule everything Im Stern and say no, as well as kennel time outs but nothing is working. Any advice?
