Anyone else had a stomach bug?

Omg it’s going to be the death of me!! TMI....but I have BAD diarrhea and off and on intense abdominal cramps before I have to go, NO energy, the shakes, and I had around a 101.5 fever for the first day. I’m on day three now and I’m worried about the baby! It’s basically just the diarrhea now and stomach cramping. The cramping just comes on when I need to use the bathroom, which is pretty damn often with this virus and I’m empty so it’s misery! Anyone else went through this? I’m dying y’all! And these cramps make me so nervous bc they definitely aren’t little mild cramps; they are definitely noticeable and I know I need to get to the bathroom ASAP when I feel them coming on
