I need advice! Please! ❗️

So during my babies bath tonight she fell over and went under water before I could catch her. I picked her up right away and for a second she was coughing and having trouble breathing and then after about 45 seconds she was totally fine. Saying “mama” and being her normal self. About 30 minutes later she coughed a kind of crouch cough only 2 or 3 times.

She’s in bed now and acts fine but should I be worried about dry drowning?

Has this happened to anyone else??
