Is this an early miscarriage?

I was 2-3 weeks late and had some intense, I mean almost unbearable, cramping today. I pushed through the work day and when I got home, this was in my underwear... I told my fiancé a few weeks ago that I wanted to take a pregnancy test because I was feeling “off”. Nauseous, dizzy, vomiting. I’m going to the doctor tomorrow for a serum pregnancy test. 
Please help.

Take a pregnancy test you’ll still be able to see if you are/were pregnant

I went to the doctor, they weren’t totally sure what it was. They think it’s an endometrial polyp.

If you have a big clot or clots with a sac type thing at the end then yes it is I was feeling like you as well at work my legs hurt so bad because of the pain. Take a test if it's positive or faint go to the doctor.

That looks like a tampon almost. I would def go to the doctor and put that in a bag and bring it with! Scary! Good luck!!
