Pregnant but period

So I took a test one day after I skipped my period. It looked positive to me which would explain the missed period, but two days later I started bleeding. It’s pretty heavy and bright pink. Took a first response and the line is barely there anymore, however, I still feel pretty pregnant. Having nausea, vomiting, and headache... that’s why I took another test. I guess my question is can you be pregnant with a period or have menstrual like bleeding and be pregnant?
