Ovarian cyst false positive?

Ok. I have a family history of ovarian cysts/PCOS but the doctors have dismissed it with me because I’m regular, get positive LH tests like clockwork, and don’t have any testosterone symptoms.

This month, at 5 and 6 DPO I’ve been feeling pinching and pulling in my right side for two nights straight. Through research, it sounds a lot like a Corpus Luteum Cyst.

These cysts can produce HCG so I’m petrified to take a pregnancy test. Any advice from women who have had them?? Should I just wait to be seen by a doctor??
