B.Ingle got arrested and charged for this???

But long story short, this woman named Brittany lost her children because another woman hit them with her truck. In court, the mom who lost her kids lunged at the killer and has since been charged for misdemeanor battery. 
I haven't lost a child. I can't relate. But I don't think she deserves to be charged at all (no you shouldn't attack people but people shouldn't fucking ignore the rules of the road and kill your children).
I don't think Brittany deserves to be charged. That's my opinion. What do you think?

Did her husband really try to defend her by saying they have 2 small children? and she still drove like that around a bus?? I'm pissed she only got 4 years. I hope they drop the charges against the mother.

They should have let this mother get a few punches in atleast if they were gonna charge her ass for it.

Idk how she only got 4 years for 3 counts if vehicular manslaughter, but honestly it's a misdemeanor and they will probably drop the assault charges because it was an emotional outburst

The mother in me says no, she shouldn't be charged. The attorney in me understands that they can't allow that kind of behavior, especially in the courtroom with police and the DA present.  If I had to guess, I would say they'll give her a deal, but they can't condone that type of thing happening in the court room. If she hadn't actually made physical contact with the woman, they probably wouldn't have done anything.

This happened in my state and I’m beyond pissed that they arrested that poor mother, it’s how any mother or parent for that matter would react after someone killed your children. The fact that Alyssa only got 4 years for what she did sickens me. She had ZERO disregard for the bus and plowed through those children like they were nothing. 
I pray for Ingle and her family.

Uh i would have done a lot more then just hit her honestly 🤷🏻‍♀️ so if hitting her means taking a charge I would willlllingly take the charge and any who looked and questioned with the charge I am sure would tottally understand and not make a big deal of it 🤷🏻‍♀️
But I get why they had to charge her but I don’t think she should have been charged for hitting the lady.
