Sick with multiple infections and FLU!!!

I'm currently 22+3. I woke up Sunday feeling like I was getting sick so I went to the doctor. He diagnosed me with a sinus infection, double ear infection, and bronchitis (chest infection). They didn't check for flu because I had the vaccine 5 days prior and they were certain the infections is why I felt so bad. They prescribed Omnicef and Endacof DM syrup and said to take Tylenol if I started a fever. Monday afternoon I started a fever and left work early. Felt horrible the rest of the night. Fever didn't want to break. Missed work Tuesday. Wednesday felt even worse and went back. This time they did flu test and it was positive! Gave me Tamiflu and said to swap to Robitussin DM for congestion. Stay home until Monday to rest and get past being contagious. I'm exhausted and so worried about my baby. Anyone else get this sick while pregnant?
