2.5 year old whining

I need help. My son has been making me so angry lately. I don’t like being angry at him but he’s driving me insane!!

He will just cry and say “mommy” over. And over. And over. He is VERY good at talking so it drives me insane that he won’t just tell me what he wants!!

I used to be SO patient with him but after I had my daughter 4 months ago I lost all my patience. I am on Zoloft because of being irritated quickly and anxiety issues and it worked at first but lately it’s SO bad!

I don’t know what to do with him. He is usually SO well tempered but lately he is crying over EVERYTHING

He does have fluid in his ears but not an ear infection according to doctors but I feel like I’m losing my mind
