Best friend annoys me rant

I love my best friend. We been best friends for as long as I could remember but after we had kids I seen a side of her I guess isn’t what I expected. Little background my best friend was taken good care of. her mom was a great mom and she got pretty much everything she wanted. Me on the other hand not so much. My utilities were always off and my parents weren’t around much. Which you know happens but whatever. Well we grew up and I literally can’t stand her as a parent. She just never buys anything for her kids. But is trying for another one right now. I’m not gonna go into lots of details but she did lose her kids for a little to cys. Well after she got them back I thought shit would change well I feel like it’s gotten worse. She isn’t having the kids a Christmas cause she don’t feel like spending money. Yet she just bought herself a Michael Kors purse. She complained about how her son needed his hair cut cause she didn’t wanna pay yet she gets her nails done a lot. When she got them back she didn’t even wanna buy them clothes I ended up giving her some. I’m not saying I’m the perfect mom by any means but I guess I feel bad cause her kids aren’t getting a Christmas and I remember what it felt like to get nothing on Christmas. They are young still but idk. Has anyone been annoyed with a certain aspect of their best friends? What can/should I do about it?
