What does this mean ? (Ex bf)

Me and my boyfriend spilt up over two months ago we still speak to each other when we see each other which is quite a lot due to mutual friends etc.

Anyways he said to me when we broke up he wanted to sort some things out in his life but really likes me and doesn’t want me to wait for him but said he would be upset if he found out I had moved on ???

I still have quite expensive things of his here and he has said to me twice he will come and get them etc but hasn’t

What does this mean ??
