Do you and your spouse agree on the same page of parenting??

Like if you both have different views of parenting Or if both of you are on the same in parenting? Do yall have a hard time or easy between you two?

We established a philosophy of parenting before we had kids, and we discuss things as we need to update and change :) 
My husband tends to be more lenient and I tend to be more “strict” but we support each other and the overall goals and character we want to achieve with our children...not that our children always respond :) 
It’s been a huge help in my life to have a parenting partner that I can rely on :)

Yeah, we are on the same page with a lot of stuff. There maybe occasions you disagree on a 'topic' and you will need to stand your ground if it's in the best interests of your child. I.e. smacking. 
I'd discuss this with your partner prior to TTC or their arrival.

We discussed kids long before we even got married. So yes, we're absolutely on the same page as far as parenting goes.

Sometimes... there will be time our daughter (16 weeks old tomorrow) is just very fussy, and I’ll￼ go to grab her and he will tell me to let her just be alone so she doesn’t think everytime she throws a fit I’ll be there. I don’t agree with it especially her being so young so I’ll grab her and I do admit I probably give her too much attention and that has irritated him a lot but honestly I don’t care and it’s not a huge deal to me. She’s my little baby and I’ll do whatever she wants if it makes her feel happy and comfortable 🤷🏼‍♂️ he on the other hand if I wasn’t around would probably just let her cry and cry, I cannot do that however so that’s where our differences show...

Most things we agree on. We talked a lot about parenting before we started trying. There are little things that pop up that we don’t agree on, but we talk about it and come up with a plan. We have different areas that one has more experience with—I’m more familiar with infants and teens, him with the in between years—so we defer to the other’s experience a lot.

The big things like daycare, public school, religion, etc we agree on. The day to day style of parenting we are not quite the same. I’m more strict and scheduled with our son and he is more lenient and laid back. I think it’s actually a great balance for our son so that it’s not this constant dictatorship or a house that runs wild and has no care in the world.

There are few things that we vary on but for the most part we are the same. Mostly it’s when what we are doing isn’t working as well as he thinks it should, usually around high emotion moments like tantrums.

Some things we disagree on but most things we are in the same page with. It’s normal to have opposing views sometimes since we are two differed people. We talked a lot before the baby was born and I’m a scheduled person and he grew up with the mentality you go with the flow. We had a lot of arguments and even had to seek a 3rd parties advice for once issue we couldn’t get past. Needless to say, he LOVES being on a schedule lol and of course we break it slightly for special occasions. 
But we are general on the same page with a lot of things in life so it’s not too difficult
