My iud is trying to kill me.

I rqecieved the mirena iud back in March. Everything had been going smoothly besides the very sharp cramping several times a month off and on. I completely lost my period back in August. Maybe once or twice a month I will have very lite spotting. Well for the past 2 weeks I have been having VERY strong and painful cramping, consistantly. It starts at my stomach and goes into my thighs. I have endometriosis and PCOS. But I have never felt cramping this bad.

My hormones are out of control and my acne is getting worse. I know this thing has side effects. But for them to be showing up 9 months later is strange. Has anyone had any complications with the IUD?
