Have you gotten a bfn, then gotten blood work and found out you were pregnant?

Husband thinks I sould get blood work done since i'm now 10 days late and still getting bfn. I dont feel pregnant. Just have to pee what feels like every hour. Everything has been tasting different to me too and ive had super light spotting. One day ill spot, only enough to see on toilet paper if I pay close attention then nothing for a couple days, then it happens again. Never been this late before. Stopped birth control several months ago and have had close to normal periods ever since, they would be maybe 2-3 days late or early but never completely missed a cycle before. Any insight?
