HELP HELP HELP

Me and baby daddy are no longer together. We no longer get on at all and to be honest I don’t want him anywhere near me or baby whilst I’m pregnant but for some reason I can’t say no. I’ve blocked him off everything but a part of me still wants to talk to him and see him etc , I just can’t stop caring. Can someone give me some advice so I don’t talk to him etc cause I need to grow balls before my babies here😶😶
